Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the logistics provider and cannot be recovered, Easy Martz will either:

  • Arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Refunds will not be provided if delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Incorrect phone number provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailable to receive the shipment
  • Refusal to accept the package

Any re-delivery charges shall be borne by the customer.
